When you intentionally design your day to align to your values and needs it’s easy to see where distractions have been keeping you from completing your goals. In this module the core is on strategies to ensure the tasks you’ve decided are important, start to actually get done.

  • Leapfrog the personal hurdles that are keeping you spending time on other people’s agendas… so you can confidently get through your day WITHOUT feeling derailed or dumped on

MODULE #3 MINDFULNESS
