Too many Black Women with ADHD are still living marginally- masking their symptoms, working double time to keep up with expectations and feeling unheard and misunderstood. Even with a long-standing diagnosis and developed coping strategies you may now be missing key structural components in your life to allow you to truly thrive.
Additionally, many of your struggles are not examined and addressed through the intersectional lens. There is no where for you to take up the whole room with your own discussion.
You will learn that all of this matters, your lived experiences are relevant and there is a way forward to living well as a Black Woman with ADHD.

Teresa is a Productivity and Leadership Coach supporting professionals and entrepreneurs who struggle with their tasks and time in business and at home. They want to stop feeling overwhelmed and have easier strategies that help them get started, stay focused and achieve their goals quickly, so they feel smart again and can enjoy the good life they work so hard to build.
Teresa's specialty is coaching Black Women with ADHD in STEM.
Off hours she enjoys gardening, happy hour and telling stories of Kitty the dog.
